I am an experienced counsellor training to be a psychosexual and relationship therapist.

I work in a relational way, looking deeply at how we relate to ourselves and others. I draw on different approaches to support you to understand yourself and your experience better, to recognise different patterns and choices, and ultimately to help guide you to unravel and work through concerns that you are facing.

Working as an emergency aid worker before training to be a counsellor, my work has taken me across the world. I’m Anglo-Paraguayan and I love working with people from different backgrounds, experiences, and expressions of sexuality and identity.

Working as as a trauma therapist for people impacted by sexual violence, I understand the profound impact of trauma on people’s lives. Safe exploration of experience and shame help to guide my practice where I work with deep compassion, care and holding.

I’m warm, open and grounded. I will walk alongside you, supporting you to explore any difficulties that you might be facing, and to help strengthen your intimate connection with yourself and your relationships.

I’m passionate about this work. I love for the spark in me to meet the spark in my clients. I can sometimes be playful and humorous. At the same time, I’m highly focused and not afraid to gently challenge you – if needed – to help you to get the most out of therapy.

I’m a Student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

I’m based near Ledbury in Herefordshire and work in person in Cheltenham, as well as Bristol. I also offer online sessions, so I can meet you where you are.

I work with people deeply, recognising the importance of relationships, empathy in connection, and intimacy as vital components for our healing, happiness and growth.

As a Relationship Therapist, I draw from various models of therapy to recognise the uniqueness of each partner. However, when working with relationships, my primary client is the relationship and doing what is most beneficial to navigate complexities with professionalism and empathy.

As a Psychosexual Therapist, I can help you process past influences that may be affecting you, as well as issues that might be purely physical. My intention in working with you is that you receive professional, skilful help – there’s only so far we can get on our own. I want you to feel empowered to make a change, in a way that feels right for you.

I bring tools and techniques, intuition and experience to offer useful interventions and fresh approaches.

I offer a judgement-free environment for all genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles, kinks, lifestyles, backgrounds and preferences to overcome challenges you face in your relationships and within sexual intimacy.

I have worked in mental health as an activity therapist within the NHS, and alternatively as an EFT and NLP practitioner, and within welfare and harm reduction charities.

I am now in my final year of training as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist.

I’m a Student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

MARY

Trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist

Finding the right person to talk to can be tricky, especially when it comes to talking about sex and relationships.

As a mother and military spouse, I have experienced challenges in both these areas, and understand the importance of having a safe and open space to explore and move forward positively.

Each person is unique, and the therapy we offer them should be bespoke to them and their needs. This is why I take an integrative approach to practice.

Grounded in empathy, I combine techniques from different therapeutic schools of thought allowing me to provide tailored support that meets each individual’s unique needs. It allows for the exploration of desires, encourages self-awareness, and I hope fosters healing and growth.

I strongly believe in accessibility. Every individual should have the opportunity to have flourishing sexual and relational experiences irrespective of their background or identity.

I started my therapy journey with Cruse, a bereavement charity. I supported clients who were in the depths of grief and loss. I saw firsthand the impact a compassionate and dedicated ear could offer and how such an experience can fundamentally change who we are and how we relate to others.

I hold a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy and I’m now in my final year of the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.

I’m a Student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

MOHUA

Trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist

I offer a warm and open-minded space for clients to explore anything relating to sex, sexuality and relationships.

I want my sessions to feel like a space for my clients to have really honest and judgment-free conversations about topics that can sometimes feel taboo.

In-person sessions

  • £40 for individuals
  • £60 for relationships

Mohua will have availability from June.

I draw from several therapeutic approaches when I am in my sessions, which means I can make sure that your needs and your own process are at the centre of how we work together.

I work with an intersectional lens and have an inclusive approach to my work, which means I welcome clients of any gender, ethnicity, religion and relationship style, including kink and non-monogamy.

I have worked in the NHS for several years, and I have a Masters Degree in sexual and reproductive health research, so I have a keen interest in where the medical overlaps into the psychological.

I like to explore how socio-cultural factors, as well as biology and health, may have an impact on how we view ourselves sexually. Because of this, I take a very holistic approach and try to make sure we are understanding the whole picture, instead of parts.

I’m a Student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

TARA

Trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist

Who we love, how we love, and how we experience intimacy are deeply personal parts of being human, and sometimes, they can feel complicated.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore these parts of your life openly and at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating desire, sexual function, identity, or relationship challenges, I aim to help you make sense of what matters most to you.

In-person sessions

  • £40 for individuals
  • £60 for relationships

My approach is integrative and grounded in curiosity and compassion.

Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, beliefs, and patterns might shape your present relationships and sexual wellbeing. I see relationships as mirrors that reflect both our vulnerabilities and our strengths, offering us the chance to grow and understand ourselves more deeply.

I celebrate and affirm all expressions of identity and relationship styles. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQI+ clients and those who are neurodiverse, as well as anyone exploring alternative ways of loving and connecting.

My work is guided by an understanding of trauma and shame, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment.

Mindfulness is also an important part of my practice, helping you tune into your own experience and build a more authentic connection with yourself. I believe that self-awareness is at the heart of healthy, fulfilling relationships, both with others and within ourselves.

Above all, I’m here to meet you where you are and to walk alongside you as you navigate the complexities of intimacy, desire, and connection—so you can build the kind of relationships and life that feel most meaningful to you.
