Sex and relationships are at the heart of who we are and how we connect. Our minds and bodies are just as intertwined – yet too often they’re treated separately or pushed aside.

As a queer woman living with a chronic condition, I know what it’s like to feel othered.

I offer a judgement-free space for clients of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, lifestyles, and kinks.

I work with a wide range of issues from performance anxiety and sexual pain to improving communication and conflict in relationships.

With a background in the creative industries and in my last year of an Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy Post-Graduate diploma, I draw on playful, embodied techniques, tailored to what works best for you.

And as a qualified personal trainer, I can also integrate body-based exercises to help you reconnect with yourself.

My experience includes crisis services, a domestic violence and sexual abuse charity, and training in Trauma Informed Practice – enabling me to support complex and sensitive experiences with care.

Whatever you bring, you’ll be met with curiosity, compassion, and a belief that change is possible.

I’M FULLY BOOKED AT THE MOMENT

So many of us were never given a healthy or affirming model for sexuality and relating. As a result, we can carry unspoken longings, fears, or anxieties that leave us disconnected from what we both want and need.

Connection, intimacy, and sexuality have always been at the heart of my work.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a Psychosexual Coach, taught relationships and sex education in schools, delivered consent workshops at Cambridge University, and managed a sexual health drop‑in service for young people. This breadth of experience allows me to offer a space that is safe, grounded, and compassionate.

I support people with a wide range of concerns, including low desire or arousal, pain during sex, orgasm difficulties, erection concerns, premature or delayed ejaculation, questions around sexuality or gender identity, navigating kinks and fetishes, compulsive sexual behaviours, and sexual health worries.

I’m about to complete a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, and I’m a Student member of COSRT, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

Whether you’re working through low desire, performance anxiety, communication difficulties, or exploring your sexual identity, I will work with you at your pace and with respect for your values and goals.

I am committed to offering inclusive, affirming therapy that recognises and supports the many ways people experience and express sexuality and connection.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic models, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), to tailor our work to your unique needs and preferences.

I have a background in healthcare and am currently training as a Dietitian, as well as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. This gives me a holistic understanding of how physical health, emotional wellbeing and relational dynamics often intertwine. This perspective informs my work, especially when supporting clients navigating issues related to body image, sexual functioning, self-esteem, or the impact of life stage transitions on intimacy and relationships.

I’m in the final year of a Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, and I’m a Student member of COSRT, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

As a trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, I offer a warm, caring approach and a genuine curiosity about who you are, your story, your culture, and the experiences that shape the way you connect.

Together, we create a gentle, supportive, non-judgemental space where relational, sexual, and emotional difficulties can be explored openly and understood with clarity and care.

My role is to be alongside you as we unpack what feels complex or overwhelming, nurturing your self-care and supporting the ways you connect with yourself and others.

LUCY

Trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist

Connection with others, relationally, sexually and emotionally, is supported by attunement and regulation.

I strive to bring a warm, co-regulating space to therapy where I instinctively work through a nervous system lens; what is your nervous system telling you about your experiences?

I work online and in person in London Bridge and Wimbledon.

I take a person-centred and pluralistic approach – no single type of therapy suits everyone and sometimes things need to be adapted and changed to meet where you are at.

I stay closely attuned to how your lived experiences, including how influences of culture, race, disability and gender, relationship and sexual diversity, may impact your thoughts, emotions and reactions.

I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic space grounded in empathy, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Before training in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, I worked within mental health services for young people and have more recently supported a therapeutic team specialising in Compulsive Sexual Behaviour.

My interests within psychosexual therapy include kink-affirming therapy, neurodiversity, and the psychosexual effects of perimenopause and menopause on desire and arousal. I am also curious about how intersecting aspects of identity can influence people’s experiences and overall wellbeing.

I am a student member of the College of Sex and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society.

PIETER

Trainee Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist

I work integratively and relationally, which means I do not believe there is one right way to do therapy. Everyone is different, and I take time to understand who you are, what has shaped you and what feels most helpful for you.

We work together to find an approach that fits, rather than asking you to fit into a model.

I work online and in person in North London.

I am very aware of how vulnerable it can feel to talk about sex, intimacy and relationships.

People often come feeling unsure, exposed or carrying a sense of shame or confusion. I aim to offer a space that feels calm, respectful and non-judgemental, where you can bring whatever feels difficult or unclear and be met with empathy and care.

I work with individuals and people in relationships of all sexual orientations, genders and identities.

My work covers a wide range of concerns, including desire, sexual function, relationship difficulties, questions of identity and gender identity or expression.

Much of the work involves understanding how experiences develop within relationships and helping you move towards feeling more accepted, both within yourself and with others.

My approach is relational, which means I pay attention to how patterns form between people, as well as how past experiences may still be present in the here and now. I work at a pace that feels manageable, always guided by your needs and boundaries.

I have lived in different countries, and my professional background includes working across cultures and social contexts with people of different ages and life experiences. This has shaped my sensitivity to difference and my ability to adapt to a wide range of perspectives.

I am in my final year of a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, and I’m a Student member of COSRT, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

My work as a Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist is underpinned by over a decade of study and clinical experience in Psychology.

I support individuals – and their partner(s) – of all identities and relationship styles: heterosexual, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, monogamous, non-monogamous and polyamorous.

I understand how deeply our relationships—both with others and with our sexual selves—shape our wellbeing and day-to-day life. That’s why I take a person-centred and holistic approach, seeing each client as a whole and complex individual.

I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of psychological theories and therapeutic models, and creatively tailor my approach to suit each person’s unique needs, values, and personality.

I’m down-to-earth, approachable, and open. I work pluralistically, meaning there’s no “one size fits all” so I draw on a range of therapeutic tools and theories, and I’ll meet you where you are and support you in a way that feels most helpful to you.

My approach is creative, curious, and collaborative, while also gently challenging when it supports your growth.

My work is always person-centred, treating each individual or relationship as unique. Compassion-focused therapy is also central, helping to build kindness toward yourself – especially important when navigating the shame that can so often surround sex and relationships.

I also draw on my professional experience and passion from working in mental health, and my lived experience as an openly gay, sex-positive man in London.

I welcome people of all cultural, racial and religious backgrounds, sexualities, and gender identities. And I work with all types of relationship styles and dynamics, including monogamous, consensually non-monogamous, and polyamorous,
