When it comes to therapy, one size certainly doesn’t fit all.
Our team offers a flexible and inclusive approach so you can be supported in a way that’s right for you.
Shorter-term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy can help you make sense of your feelings and understand yourself and your life better.
You will be supported in making positive changes, and able to move forward in life with greater self-awareness, belief and confidence.
Many of our team are Integrative Counsellors and Psychotherapists, as well as being qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapists.
We also have four dedicated Counsellors/Psychotherapists in the practice:
You can meet Álvaro, Imale, Lou and Valli below.
We can support you in working through what’s troubling you, for example:

Sometimes we find ourselves in challenging situations where reaching out for support can be an important step towards helping ourselves.
In my experience, therapy can become a valuable resource during these times. I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.
I work integratively, mainly drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic approaches. Alongside exploring what is happening for you in the here and now, we may also look at how this connects with your past experiences and relationships. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to develop understanding, awareness and meaningful change.
Sessions with me tend to feel relaxed and natural. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable to reflect, explore and bring whatever feels important to you, without pressure or expectations. We will move at your pace, and I hope you will feel heard, understood and able to speak freely.
Alongside my counselling training, I bring experience as a performer, educator and support worker for people with learning disabilities. I am also a queer, neurodivergent person living with disabilities myself. These lived experiences ground my practice in cultural humility and inform my understanding of identity, difference and the challenges that people from diverse walks of life may face.
I work in an LGBTQIA+ affirmative way and welcome clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, relationship styles and lived experiences.
I am a registered student member of the BACP and offer sessions in both English and Spanish.
Online counselling with Álvaro costs £35 per session, for up to 20 sessions.

My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from a range of academic, experiential, traditional, and contemporary practices. By engaging with the wisdom of the body and honouring the uniqueness of individual perception, I aim to help clients better understand themselves both in relation to others and as individuals.
I am driven by the transformative power of fulfilling relationships and the knowledge that a non-judgemental, supportive space for exploration can create new possibilities for individuals and their connections.
Together, we can explore how societal and religious influences shape our views on relationships and sex. By illuminating internalised beliefs, we can begin to communicate and live more authentically.
I work in an LGBTQIA+ affirmative way, supporting those who are erotically marginalised, including individuals exploring or practising kink, non-monogamy, and alternative relationship structures. I welcome people to bring their full, authentic selves into the therapy space.
With extensive experience working with marginalised communities—especially Black, Brown, and global majority groups, as well as those reconciling faith and sexuality—I take an intuitive and integrative approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. My background in sexual health education, emotional support, and working with diverse groups equips me to contribute meaningfully to exploring relationship diversity and sexuality.
I am a Mental Health First Aider, an accredited sex and relationships educator, and I am currently undertaking a Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Online counselling with Imale costs £35 per session, for up to 20 sessions.

To me, therapy isn’t about following a strict formula—it’s about meeting you where you are, honouring your unique experiences and identity. I tailor my approach to fit your individual needs and goals.
Whether you’re facing low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures, I’m here to help you find clarity and feel empowered to make the changes that matter most to you.
My practice is deeply inclusive and culturally sensitive.
I warmly welcome individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship styles, and neurodiverse experiences. I provide a non-judgmental, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients, as well as those exploring kink and BDSM, non-monogamy, and polyamory.
I hold space for how culture, race, class, and lived experience influence your story, and I strive to meet you with openness, humility, and care.
