I offer a flexible, open-minded approach to relationship and sex therapy, creating a calm, private and non-judgmental space for you to explore any sexual or relational difficulty.
Whether you’re experiencing low desire, sexual pain, arousal or erection difficulties, intimacy concerns, questions around sexual behaviour, anxiety & low confidence, painful relationship patterns or confusion around sexuality or identity, we will work together toward meaningful, positive change.
In-person sessions
- £75 for individuals
- £95 for relationships
My aim is to help you feel at ease quickly, so you can speak honestly and freely about whatever is on your mind; whether that’s confusion, frustration or a desire for deeper understanding, with the confidence that you will be heard without embarrassment or judgement.
Together, we’ll work at your pace, and I will tailor therapy and share relevant information specifically for your needs.
My relationship and sex therapy work is influenced by person-centred counselling, and trauma-informed practice as well as CBT, psychodynamic and systemic perspectives, and I consider psychological, biological, social and physical & medical factors that may be affecting you.
I also enjoy supporting fellow therapists in my role as a Clinical Supervisor.
I welcome clients of all genders, sexual orientations, relationship styles and erotic preferences.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, singing and playing guitar, practising yoga, learning to dance and exploring metaphysical ideas. I’m also an experienced meditator and Reiki Master, offering Reiki healing sessions alongside attunements and teaching Usui & Tibetan, Karuna and Anubis Reiki traditions.
I’m a Registered Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), an Accredited Member of BACP, and hold Accredited Professional Membership with NCPS.
