My practice is rooted in collaboration—I work alongside individuals, couples, and partners to uncover what meaningful connection means for them.
I challenge sexual stigma and bring a non-judgmental attitude to the complexities of human sexuality and relationships.
Whether navigating communication, desire, sex, or the impact of trauma, shame or societal messages, I support clients to express themselves freely. To do this, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
In addition to my therapeutic work, I am also an experienced researcher, with a strong focus on working alongside neurodivergent individuals and people with marginalised identities. This work deeply informs my practice, helping me to understand the importance of context, accessibility, and nuance in supporting diverse lived experiences.
I am currently completing a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, and I am a Student Member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
