I know how important it is to have a safe, non-judgmental space to explore feelings and experiences, especially around sex and relationships. For me, it’s all about breaking down barriers and creating space for open, positive conversations – without leaving anyone out of the conversation.

My practice is inclusive of people of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences.

I offer low cost relationship and sex therapy in Brighton and Hove.

In-person sessions

  • £40 for individuals
  • £60 for relationships

My background is in adult sex education, where I support people who’ve been let down by inadequate sex ed (most of us, right?!).

That said, I’m not here to act as the expert. I will work collaboratively with you to explore sexual and relational concerns in a shame-free, sex-positive and affirming way.

I have particular knowledge and lived experience in neurodivergence, and I aim to offer a space that feels especially accessible and understanding for neurodivergent clients.

I’m just about to complete my training as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist at the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology. As well this, I’m the founder of Cliterally The Best. The goal of this project is to assist adults who have been let down by their inadequate sex education, and help them unlearn the misconceptions surrounding their bodies and sexuality in a shame-free way.

I’m a Student member of COSRT, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.

I recognise how past experiences, attachment patterns, identity, and life context all impact your capacity for intimacy and connection.

Whether working with difficulties around desire, arousal, communication, or identity, I aim to meet you with curiosity, care and empathy.

I work with adults of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship styles. As a gay man, I understand the struggles and feelings of shame that come with being a minority. Working in a relational way, I will use my own lived experiences to facilitate my work with you.

I am committed to creating an inclusive, safe and non-judgemental space where you will feel held and supported through your therapeutic journey. I will work at your pace always.

I am in my final year of a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.

I’m a Registered Member of the BACP, the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, amd Student member of COSRT, the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
