Who we love, how we love, and how we experience intimacy are deeply personal parts of being human, and sometimes, they can feel complicated.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space to explore these parts of your life openly and at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating desire, sexual function, identity, or relationship challenges, I aim to help you make sense of what matters most to you.

My approach is integrative and grounded in curiosity and compassion.
Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, beliefs, and patterns might shape your present relationships and sexual wellbeing. I see relationships as mirrors that reflect both our vulnerabilities and our strengths, offering us the chance to grow and understand ourselves more deeply.
I celebrate and affirm all expressions of identity and relationship styles. I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQI+ clients and those who are neurodiverse, as well as anyone exploring alternative ways of loving and connecting.
My work is guided by an understanding of trauma and shame, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and free of judgment.
Mindfulness is also an important part of my practice, helping you tune into your own experience and build a more authentic connection with yourself. I believe that self-awareness is at the heart of healthy, fulfilling relationships, both with others and within ourselves.
Above all, I’m here to meet you where you are and to walk alongside you as you navigate the complexities of intimacy, desire, and connection—so you can build the kind of relationships and life that feel most meaningful to you.
I’m a Student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
