Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, relationships and experiences that may sit beneath sexual difficulties, and how these might be shaping your experience of your body, sexuality and intimacy today. At the same time, I believe therapy should feel useful and relevant to your everyday life.
As well as offering relationship and sex therapy in Winchester, I work online. So wherever you might be, I would be happy to work with you.

I bring together depth and practical support — creating space to help you understand not only what you’re experiencing, but also to shine a light on why. We will also find ways to help you move forward in your relationship or with sex, individually or as partners.
Alongside deeper exploration, I may offer resources, exercises or ways of thinking that can help you develop greater awareness and support change between sessions.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic thinking, meaning that our sexual experiences can be influenced by much more than what is happening in the present moment.
At the heart of my work is the mind–body connection. I believe our emotional, relational and physical experiences are deeply interconnected. Together, we can gently map out these connections, helping you to see the bigger picture of what may be happening for you.
I am currently studying a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy at the Contemporary Institute for Clinical Sexology, and I’m a Student member of the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.
