I specialise in helping people with sexual difficulties, or those who are new to kink or BDSM find confidence, clarity, and self-acceptance. If you’re curious, nervous, or worried you’ll “get it wrong,” don’t stress — this is a space where nothing you say will shock me.
I also support people struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, often referred to as sex or porn addiction. As I’m currently in specialist training in this area, I offer a reduced session fee of £45.
I offer relationship and sex therapy in Leamington Spa on The Parade:

I’ve been a qualified social worker for the past ten years, and throughout my journey, I have worked supporting individuals who have experienced sexual trauma, relationship challenges, and a variety of difficulties throughout their lifespan. I’ve worked with children, young people and adults as well as having been part of a team that contributed to understanding the effectiveness of sexual assault referral centres across the UK.
As a therapist, I’m calm, approachable, and here to help you explore who you are without shame, pressure, or judgment.
I work integratively, which means I utilise a wide range of skills and techniques, but most importantly, I work with and alongside you to offer support that fits your needs right now.
I’m confident and calm in working with people who may feel anxious about talking about sex or sexual desires, and I provide a safe space for you to talk about what is bothering you in a way that is frank but approachable. To put it simply, we may cry, laugh or swear together – all of which is perfectly acceptable in my therapy space! I create a space where you can show up as unapologetically you as possible.
