I combine my many years of clinical experience as a Nurse with a warm psychotherapeutic approach to really understand what is at the heart of my clients’ problems.

I understand and am responsive to the fact that you may not have felt listened to in the past, or may have found it hard to talk about your problems openly.

I offer low cost relationship and sex therapy in Suffolk from my office in Rendlesham near Woodbridge.

I have worked as a Nurse for over twenty years within the NHS. I am a qualified Menopause Specialist and Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

During my time working in sexual health, I have passionately supported the health needs of sex workers.

I decided to train as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist in response to the often narrow and limited options of psychosexual treatment available from a medical perspective alone.

Modern-day relationships can be challenging and we often lack the skills to succeed. I can help you turn conflict into connection.

I offer a sex-positive, inclusive and validating space. Everyone I work with is supported to openly explore their experiences, thoughts and questions free from judgement. I actively promote the importance of sexual pleasure and sexual fulfilment for everyone.
